In 1936, Chapman Manufacturing was established in the garage of a guy known as "Old Man Chapman" in the small town of Durham, Connecticut. Today it is owned and run by local native Tracy Camassar, making it one of the very few woman-owned tool manufacturers in the industry. Over the years they have grown a cult following and are beloved for their precision screwdriver sets.
A ratchet screwdriver is great to have in addition to a regular screwdriver, as it is designed to give you extra torque and oomph for screws, bots and nuts that are tougher to turn. They're also great for working in small or awkward spaces where you can't position a full-sized screwdriver.
This pocket pack has 2 Phillips Bits and 2 Slotted bits in a compact case. Add it to your tool box, keep it on your bike or in your glovebox just in case.
If we haven't waxed on enough about Chapman, additionally they have made commitments to green manufacturing, making all of their tools right in Durham. They seek to be a leader in sustainable manufacturing and have been given several green awards for their efforts, even becoming a National Wildlife Federation Certified Wildlife Habitat in 2013.
