Why are all toolboxes so... toolboxy? Trust us, we've looked everywhere high and low for ones that aren't so serious, but they are near impossible to find. Then we found the RolyKit. This rare storage kit from the 1970s is the lovechild of a toolbox and a Caboodle.
What's awesome is that the Rolykit was made to store anything and everything. Knitting needles? Yes! Fishing lures? Yes! Seashell collections? Yes! Taxidermy tweezers?....Yes?! But it is particularly great for smaller hand tools, nails, screws, extra IKEA bits and other things lying around. It's also fun to shake. Seriously, shake it! Nothing falls out.
Invented by Dutch filmmaker Samuel Meijering because he was reportedly distracted by the clutter on his desk while working on a film script.
